You can decide to pay in full or we will divide your project into 2 milestones. The first payment is before the first milestone, and the second payment is before the second milestone.
Depending on the package you pick, your project will take between 2 weeks to 4 weeks. Some project may take longer depending on your availability for weekly updates.
We’re often booked 1 – 3 weeks in advance. The sooner you can let us know about your project, the sooner we can book you
We give you unlimited revisions.
A revision means changing the look of the chosen concept. This could be something like changing the color scheme, testing a different camera angles, or tweaking the animation to be more in line with what you’re after.
Since we pride ourselves on providing a great experience, so we jump on a call to present each milestone we have achieved before moving to the next milestone. This way, you can be sure you like your delivery.
The first thing you’ll be asked to do is to fill out our video questionnaire. It takes an average of 10 minutes
to complete. Then we suggest you set aside 45 mins for each time we are to present a delivery for your feedback

For our rush packages, we add 25% to the quote as we often have to bring in outside help,
and freelancer rates are always more than in-house. We also require you to be able to provide same-day
feedback for faster turnaround. It is always dependent on availability and not always possible.
